Any current reports from Lake Sharpe in SD? Headed there this weekend. Any info would be appreciated.

Just got back from Pierre yesterday. Talked to 2 guys at the cleaning station saturday that fished the West Bend. They said it was real slow too but was getting alot of small ones in the 13 to 14 inch range. They managed to limit out but had to work hard for it, all the keepers were in the 15 to 17 inch range with a 21 incher as a bonus. I would expect the fishing will pick up by the time you go out there with the warm weather the area's supposed to have this week. Good luck.

Thanks for the info Lundexp. We were out there 3 weeks ago and did pretty well. A lot of 13"-14" also, but several nice 15"-18".

Fished WB last weekend. Lots of small fish but got our keepers. Take plenty of crawlers - 2 in boat went through 6 dozen on Sunday. must have caught 150 fish - many of them just under 15. 12 to 20 FOW

bikerboy, thanks for the post. I'm heading up there the week of the 29th and looking forward to catching some fish. Just curious-with a name like bikerboy, do you ride a hog or a vespa?
