This is my first yr. running these baits, just wondering what the action is like,i.e.top to bottom or a wobble"side to side".
Thanks Bob;)
Bob,
The deep divers run in the water at a angle (30-45 deg)
They run from side to side with a kicking action. If you look a the eye it's positioned on the lip of the bait, so as front digs in, it lifts the back up. There are also rattles in these baits for added attraction. If you are looking for Reef Runners we carry a wide slection of Deep Divers and even have a few new ones (comming soon)

Moose.
I can't say enough good things about the action, color and size selections on the Reef Runners. I used them for the first time last year on the Saginaw Bay and caught fish immediatley. Now the bad news. And I hope nobody sees this as anything except being honest. And being I have no part interest in, or sponsor any lure company in my Charter Business, why should they. The lure is so stable on it's axsis when running, very little interupts it's running. Yes, this is good. Except when it gets weeded up. I swear, he rod tip keeps pulsating and the bait stays down no matter how much vegetation gets attached. And with the recent weed growth exploding on the Saginaw, I need /want a plug that will run dead or surface when weeded up. My 2 cents, Capt: Dan.
