Oh I'm a serious central basin fisherman. Not necessarilly a good one but quite serious.

I'm south central. Do I count? Their also may be a conflict in calling me a fisherman. I know my wife would disagree. She says I just subsidize the fishing industry. If she only knew!!!

Carpetbagger,
I fished Chagrin, Fairport and Geneva 15-20 times last year. Is that enough times to join your group? Love it over there but I need help cause I didn't do well at all except for the Steelhead and perch.

EZ I think thats great. im hoping to venture down your way earlier before the action picks up here out east. lol Just make sure u keep me updated on wats up in your neck of the woods and ill keep ya posted abot mine too.
I go outa Geneva, Conneaut, and Walnut Creek PA. I have a camp in the area and Last year we made roughly 50 trips out on the big pond. Had a bit of a slow season last year, but hopefully things will get better.
I bought a bunch of Reef Runners off Den at the boat show in cleveland hopefully these lure will help me out when i come over to the west and troll around...

Howdy,
I live south of Erie , Pa. I started my Erie adventures out of Conneaut & Ashtabula. Now I just can't wait on the fish, I go to them. I fish the whole thing from west to east 3 days a week. :-)

When I'm not fishing the Western Basin I fish out of Fairport. I probably make 20-30 trips out of there a season.

I might live quite a ways from the Central basin, But I fish it very seriously at least 20 times a year. Just love it out of Geneva. Hutch

I fish out of Lorain until mid June and then its Edgewater for the rest of the summer. At least once a week and sometimes more. We took a 7+, 8+ and a 10lb 3oz last year in August. The 2 bigger both Fish Ohio.

Fish out of the Lorain and Vermillion area mostly but interested in learning other areas. Would appreciate any help on directions to launch sites in Fairport Harbor. I would be coming from the Ravenna area and it loos like Rt.44 takes you into the Faiport Harbor area. Thanks

Live in Bay Village, Fish out of the Rocky River most of June/July. Trailer my Proline up and down the lake mostly Lorain/Rocky/sometime Geneva. Western basin in early spring and dock in Huron starting in Sept->Nov.
Lots of us are members of the West Cleveland Walleye Association. We meet every month the 2nd Thurs of the month in Rocky River. Em me for more infor. We have a web page listed in here on the WC clubs site for OHIO.
