We have a 2003 200hp Ficht with no oil light still coming on very intermitently. Maybe every other trip approx. 3 motor hrs. Replaced lift pump and is better but still doing it. Any ideas?

Do you mean the oil pump. They are notorious for going through oil pumps. When I replaced the oil pump, I had to rebuild it because the factory had pinched the o-ring. They are fairly easy to take a part and look at to see if anything is out of place.

Have you checked the oil pressure using a gauge to see if it is within specs? The procedure is in the service manuals.
