I am blowing a fuse on my marine radio. It will only blow when I push the button on the mic to talk.... Where should I start to fix this issue. Thanks once again:p

What is the amp rating of the fuses that are blowing? Should be at least a 7 amp fuse. If the fuse rating is correct, check the antenna cable plug for a short circuit between the middle conductor and the connector shell (depending on your antenna brand and model, reading a DC short circuit may be normal- check manufacturer's specs).

Here's a way to test the antenna connector for a possible short:
For a quick test to see if the connector and antenna are working properly tune in a weather channel, then disconnect the coax from the radio - making the signal become weaker or disappear entirely. Put just the center conductor of the PL-259 connector in the radio's connector. The signal should return but with poor fidelity and strength. Finally reattach the connector. The signal should return to normal. If instead, it goes away completely there is a short circuit at the connector or in the antenna coax.
