Cabela's Living Eye Minnow Rigging

I recently picked up some Living Eyes, I have always had good luck with twister tails, and the realism that these baits have are incredible. Rigging them with a lead-head does not seem to be all that great. I am thinking about using a weighted tube hook. Any suggestions?

Try rigging them like a soft plastic jerkbait. I use Owner 5102/5302 Offset Shanks, for sluggos and other jerk baits.

How well do they hold up. I have been considering these but for the price I can buy a bunch of real minnows w/ "living eyes." I have heard good things about them for the river. For those who have used them, are they better than the real thing?
