stupid question about registration profile

I've been trying to change my registration profile so that my nickname appears instead of my name. I've tried to edit it in the "change account information", and profile section but having no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks.

No, I tried to change mine once, Scott told me the only way to do it was create a new account.
