I have never seen such a easy question not answered. Its not stirring the pot. AIM has got the attention of many. They have done several new things to attract fishermen. I know of a few guys that simply want to see the full payout for Green Bay in order to see if they are interested in doing Akaska. Why is everyone so defensive. Please, if you have the information post it, or stay off the thread.

One of us must be blind. I seen the top 5. I saw what it would be on a full field. The original question was what was the payout 1st - 14th at Green Bay. That has not been answered as far as I can tell. If you have that info please cut and paste it.

i must be blind too... I'm all for Aim to work out, BUT it starts to look a little fishy when things like this are not posted SOMEWHERE. I hope i'm just blind
Wondering

Rich,
It hasn't been posted. The top 5 spots is not listing the payouts, just an FYI.
I was curious as any of us are to find out what the ROI is in for this tourneythe circuit to evaluate future participation or not. What I find interesting is that the original press realease did not contain any info ragarding parouts then after pressing the issue the same press release suddenly had just the top 5 listed.
No conspiracy theory here but curious why the cloak and dagger on th payout???
The web cast was cut before any checks were handed out so... help me out anyone????

has anyone thought of calling them and asking them directly what the payouts were, and why they are not posted someplace?
seems like the logical thing to do for someone evaluating whether or not its worth fishing it.

The other day the payouts were posted on the AIM website. But is no longer visible.
King made $28M something.
Blosser made $9M
One major reason is that they might not be able to clearly post $$ due to the guide trips and things that don't represent cash.

That point was clearly made to Parsons on this site and he acknowledged the question. It also seems as though he is one of the spokespersons for the organization. This post has only become negative because of those who have the information are not sharing it. I have been an AIM supporter from the beginning, but this topic of not posting payouts is frustrating. AIM has several potential new "customers" on the horizon, a few simple answeres is all that is needed. Again, AIM is aware of the questions and appear to be not responding. Their choice I guess.

To be truthful,
I haven't checked this site for a few days, and thought that it was resolved, as for a short period of time all of the payouts were listed. Now they are off. I called Scott Matheson this morning and it appears to be a mistake with the web programmers. He is trying to get it rectified as we speak, and I don't know how long it will take. My question to the few that are constantly reviewing everything that AIM does under a microscope and looking for some sort of cover up... why? I do not see this with any other tour, and it only seems to be a few individuals. Perchjerker said it best. If you are truly interested, CALL AIM AND ASK!

All the AIM anglers received the payout matrix given the number of entrants before the event started, which previous tours I've fished have never done before.
There is no "cover up". Take off the tinfoil hat, there are no black helicopters... :D

AIM isn't the only circuit under the microscope.
Check the search button. FLW, PWT, MWC, local tournaments all get questioned.
Payout is always a heated subject and everyone gets questioned on it, not just AIM.
AIM is getting the same treatment every other circuit gets, you are not being picked on you are just being subjected to public criticism, public opinion and public questioning.
Why wouldn't the information be posted here to answer the questions?
Why should someone have to call to get that information?
This website is the nucleus of the walleye world. People come here expecting to find that information but there is never a press release from AIM, never any information from AIM, nothing is offered so questions are asked.
Every other circuit in the walleye world posts information here.
Why not AIM?
Sure would make things easier for everyone as far as I can tell.
Don't you think?

Microscope,
You may want to check, but AIM sends or posts many of their press releases to this site, along with many other walleye orientated sites. The bottom line is that AIM has it's own site and phone number if people have questions. It's just as easy to pick up a phone and ask the right people than to sit at a computer and argue on a forum page. In fact it probably would take less time and you'd get the right information. I'm out on the subject, good luck with the argument.

No. It is NOT the responsibility of ANY business or tournament organization to answer rude, stupid, argumentative, attack oriented, or other posts by anonymous people on a message board that has NOTHING to do with the organization.
I'm surprised Gary even wastes his time trying to defend AIM here, it's akin to trying to hold a cobra by the tail to 'control' it's bite.
AIM send out press releases all the time. Most end up on this board.
If you want FLW information other than that easily found on the website, you need to call or email the FLW. If you want information on AIM that isn't easily found on the website, you need to call or email AIM.
It's absolutely ridiculous to think a message board on a website totally unassociated with ANY tournament organization can dictate the information flow process, especially when any mention of the actual source of the information is deleted to keep people from leaving this place.
AIM placed a link to the AIM produced live feed and it was immediately removed. Why in Hades would they officially respond to ANY demand here?

I dont see how this question is stupid, argumentative, attack oriented, etc.

My math isn't the greatest but I come up with 111% payback on the pro side not counting membership fees and Co-angler entries. Seems fair to me. 100%+ payout is what I seen promised in the beginning.

If they can't post the "so called negative stuff" about AIM, then the owner of WC shouldn't let you post the good stuff either. How about if WC doesn't let AIM post any tweets or press releases here at all? AIM is getting a lot of press here plain and simple. People are talking about it. I'm sure the powers that be here can change all that for you if you like.
Why be so argumentative when all you have to do is answer a simple question honestly. What's so hard about that? Why attack people for asking questions? It's a new circuit and there WILL be questions.
I see links for the AIM site in the thread that was locked the other day. I know the Mods delete links to OTHER walleye websites that try to advertise their sites on WC for free, because they can't get the traffic WC does, but the tourney organizations have links all over the place on WC. I see it in Jules coverage all the time and if you don't believe me go check out her articles.

I guess some people make it harder than it seems to me. If you dont like the tournament, the format, or the people running it then dont fish it. I understand the original qustion because they wanted to know where a "break even" point is. Fair question by all means but whats up with the bashing?
