Anyone looking for a good buy on a bottom bouncer reel, might want to check Gander Mountain.
They are running a special on Quantum PF400CX's. This reel has 4 bearings and a flipping switch. Normal price $69.99 on sale now at $29.99.
I used this reel last year and it worked great for bottom bouncing, don't know about casting, never tried it. I picked up two more today.
