Anybody ever use a basic worm rig with sinker for catching walleyes
or small mouths and if so what colors?

I use the worm rig a lot for eyes mostly blue or black worm or live worms nothing beats the live bait rigsome time just let it hang over the side of the boat just off bottom but be ready if youre using two rods eyes will hit it hard when they want

We use crawlers on jigs and rigs somtimes when it's really hot in the summer months. Up here, we only try crawlers when the frozen minnows aren't working, but when they're hitting on the crawlers they really outperform the minnows.
