No warranty. Also posted on another site and that person said he had a crack in the threads on the tank. His leaked more when tilted for travel.

If it is leaking from the tank, I believe it's around $65 or so.
There is a service bulletin that shows the part number for just the plastic tank without the oil pump and plumbing that the parts book shows. Be sure to talk with your dealer before ordering an expensive assembly instead of the more reasonable tank only.
