seems like it's been hard to get some stable, summertime weather in Northern MN lately...
i'm headed up to the Big V at the end of next week.
normally this time of year - we focus on moving fish in weeds. i'm not sure the weed growth this year is going to be anything close to the past few years based upon the weather so far this summer.
normally love throwing topwater and big spinnerbaits at em... i'm not so sure they are going to be in a "chasing" mood this year if this water doesn't heat up a bit soon.
i'd love to hear some suggestions on your lure preferences when the conditions get a bit tough and the fish aren't moving like normal.
