'the rubber used to make those balls is permiable, allowing pollutants to escape' WOW....didnt see that coming! It is kinda cool looking but for 35 bucks, idk. better buy some stock in this little company, they going to have a monopoly on the fuel primer mrkt:laugh:

I agree it is a kind of cool looking, but...............just one more avenue of our lives Big Brother has to get his hands into.

Clearly, there are too many government employees if they have time to worry about trivia like this.

I can't wait for these people to do the math on hydrocarbon emissions from daily cattle. Every cow in the country will be fitted with an afterburner.

They would have to put an afterburner on me.

wait till they tell you that you have to paint your roof white to save on energy

I would guess that ones in use will be ok. It will be required on new uses.

Haven't used a primer bulb on my last three boats. I use a low pressure electric fuel pump instead, sure saves on a lot of problems associated with primer bulbs. Seems like the last time I installed one cost was about $18 or so, less than the new type primer bulb!!

Yup, not well thought out. It will defeat the benefit of a dark roof in cold temperatures. That "expert" must think everyone lives in the temperate or equatorial zones.

is it bad that I've never used my primer bulb since I got this boat last year?
