Here's my concern,

I had my 135 opti in the shop to change impeller and to see why it's been beeping at me at low speeds. Got it home and fired it up and noticed water coming out of the unpainted metal piece just above the cav plate, has a bolt through it. Mechanic told me not to worry, new impeller will do this. Had it out on the water and lot of bubbles (exhaust) coming from the same area. Any mechanics on here that can confirm that this is normal or is something wrong. I know they had a problem getting the lower end back on but they did and said no issues, leaks etc. Water is comming out of the pee hole just fine aswell. Ran good just never noticed this before I had the impeller changed. Thanks.

..but if its the bolt holding the unpainted zinc on this is not a big deal- its just some exhaust bleeding past a bolt that's not sealed. I assume the mechanic checked the water pressure at idle- a new impeller should be around 2-3 psi idling in gear, and at least 12 psi at WOT. I change the impeller in my Opti 150 when idle pressure drops to 1.25 psi- 1.0 psi being the low limit in the merc shop manual.

It's not coming the bolt itself but from in behind the zinc piece. I'll check that group out thanks...
