Into the 4th year for my boat and like most of the boats out there, I can see Bolts and Nuts coming loose. For those that I can use a tool to hold on to the Nut while I am using the Screw~Driver on top I don't have a problem with that. What do you guys do to tighten those that the Nuts are not reachable? Eg: those 4 Seat-Bases that is on the main-flooring? The Nut under is going to come loose eventually right?

San Chan, I do not believe that those main floor seat bases have nuts underneath, at least mine do not. Try to back one out a bit, I'll bet they are real course thread "wood" screws, as opposed to finer-thread machine screws, that use a nut. If they come loose on you, I'd pull them out, and use a little 3M 4200 or 5200 marine adhesive-sealant on them when re-installing.

On my old Crestliner they were just big sheetmetal screws that went though the wood into the alum bracing underneath the floor

In some instances, a tee nut is used underneath. That's one of those dohickeys that has the tabs that bite into the wood once the screw is drawn up tight. Off course over time they rust or seize up, then all it does is spin in the wood, then you have to rip the deck out.:banghead:
