View Full Version : Northeast Iowa Walleyes now?
I'm stuck going to Northeast Iowa for easter. I'm taking the boat though. Is clear lake open? Is it any good? Where do you fish? How about the mississippi at guttenberg? Are they biting? thanks

Some decent saugers are starting to be caught in Dubuque and Gutterburg. Should get better with the good weather the next few days. I will be in Guttenburg Saturday.

The good news is people I've talked to are catching fish.Only thing bad is I haven't heard of anyone limiting
out. There was a 9.7lber brought in this week and it was released. The fish are still scattered. Most are drifting
below the float. The float report is much better.Last nite was a good bite, mostly sauger. From this point on things
should only get better. Good Luck. Len, Falling Rock Bar & Bait LLC.
