Chene vs waterspike anchors

I'm looking for a better anchor to hold my 20' boat. Both of these anchors look similar. The chene anchor claims a 2/1 rope to depth ratio and the waterspike claims a 4/1 ratio. Does the chene anchor really work with a 2/1 ratio?
