Hey all... I've been absent from the site for quite a while. I searched "21 MSX" , Stratos, etc. but found nothing. My question is , which is the preferred side to mount a kicker on, port or starboard. My concern with mounting it starboard is that my weight plus one battery and oil tank will cause a starboard list. However, port isn't much better - I have three 31 series trolling motor batteries over there. Unfortunately, the boat has the battery compartments in the rear on each side, so there's already a pile of weight back there. I appreciate any input. Thanks.
P.S. I'm up for suggestions as to the prefered method for mounting a kicker on this boat. The transom is too thick to even fit the motor over so I'll have to go with some type of bracket ... suggestions?
