I search the forum without any luck. Could someone point me in the right direction on the clear 3M product that you put on your trailer for protection. Thanks, BR

I applied some to my new trailer 1.5 years ago, works great and can't even notice it. I bought mine off e-bay.......the roll was 75 feet long and 3 inches wide, used soapy water and a squeegee to apply it, minimal trimming, very easy to do actually. The film works great, trailer still looks brand new. The 3 inch width almost covers the width of the frame, with the rounded edges of the frame it is difficult to get the film to wrap the edge......i just wanted to protect the face of the frame from stone chips.

There was a whole thread with the same question at the beginning of the month. Try the Search function under "3M Paint Protection" and scroll down and you will find the answer from serveral people. But, here's the info you need:

Good Luck with your project. I sure wish I had done it to my trailer.
