I tell ya what. I must have the worst luck ever. i sent my camera in on the 14th of march. It is now the 28th and I heard nothing from them, not even a response from e-mails. I just called them and I heard the guy open up my package!!! God only knows when they would have looked at it. i even put a letter in there with all the information. He said it will be another week before they can look at it.
Those of you who are thinking about getting an underwater camera, think do your homework before buying anything.

Customer service and response time is really important, some companies are great others...not so great. I've been looking to get an underwater camera and I think there's no question that I'll be getting an Atlantis.

Ryan, that was probably his lunch you heard him take the wrapper off. You might want to check your lens for breadcrumbs and soda stains when you get it back. If you get it back, that is.

Actually, I hope it goes well and they fix it this time!

Sounds to me that they're back-logged for a reason. Maybe they have to fix or work on a lot of them. Long turn around time indicates massive returns to me. Buyer beware.

I am dealing with Vista Cam at this time too. This I do know... Tom Snee (the owner) just sold his last unit a week ago, and they are in the process of making up new camers and the like. He told me it would be a week at the soonest before anything could be replaced. Hang tight! They are a small company, and when they get backlogged, it takes a while for them to catch up. I don't work for them or anything like that, I just happen to find out myself. In this immediate responce world we now live in, I know it frustrateing when things take more then a few days.

Underwater cameras are not their prime busines. I've seen the place. Their main business is packaging. Most of the employees can't speak English.
