Minn Kota Powerdrive shutting off.

I have a 80 lb AP/US unit with co pilot and when I run the unit on more that half speed it will run for a while and then beep twice and shut off. You have to let it set for a minute than you can run it again with the same results. It will run fine at low speeds and it only does it when it is under a load. You can run it at high speed all day out of the water. I have replace the mother board and it made no difference. Any ideas what may be happening?

Hopefully you have an inline 40 or 50 amp breaker on the power connected to the battery. Automatically resets when tripped. Had the same thing happen to me and it was this breaker. Every year seem to replace it.
