Just wanted to thank Humminbird for its awesome service. I have a 997 and a 917. The 917 developed two vertical lines on the screen while I was in Canada. It was out of waranty and I was bummed to say the least. I called Humminbird and they said to send it in. I sent it in Tuesday and received it back the following Tuesday - No charge.

I have had the same response from Humminbird, Eddie and Joby are first rate. There has never been a time when I have e-mailed them that I did not get a response very quickly. About 6 months ago I downloaded one of the updates on the web site. My 987 failed to reboot. I sent it to them on a Monday and had it back on Wednesday. Service is just out standing with the Humminbird staff.
