Hi guys/gals,

My wife and I are leaving next Saturday for Winnie once again. We stay at The Pines. The perch I can generally find but the walleyes many times elude me (my wife fishes about 25% of the time and I fish alone the other 75%--which I really don' t mind at all). Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to share any (recent) walleye tips/spots (? gps) (via private email if you want)/tactics, I'd appreciate it. Any info would be strictly confidential). Also, I like to cast for northerns too. THANKS !!

Two weeks ago at the Midwest Get Together we all did well out at Ravens bar.

13 ft of water pulling #7 perch colored Shad Raps 2.2-2.5 mph.

Crawler harnesses trolled or drifted 1 - 1.25 mph worked also.

On that same weekend, a lot of boats (15-25) were fishing in 10-14 ft of water just southwest of the old river bed on the east side. We pulled 10 keepers out of that area in about 8 hrs of fishing. Used crawlers and lindy rigs. Most were making about 200 ft circles as they were trolling. Perfect conditions for the new iPilot.....

(I think we were in yet another of Denver's favorite spots.....)

I've only been once in the last two weeks, but caught six or seven nice bass. Thanks for asking.
