Where can a good rub be purchased to be rubbed on pork chops before they are smoked? What's the best way to smoke them clear through so they can be eaten right out of the smoker?

Rubs can be purchased at most grocerie stores especailly the more "upscale " ones. but, rubs are easy to put together. just use an internet search engine and type in "dry rubs". also check out this site http://www.barbecuen.com/ Should be some tips on smoking chops and some rub recipes. I know that weber grill site has rubs for sale too.http://www.weberbbq.com/ good luck! sounds yummy!
