I mounted my Humminbird Matrix 97 in the front cutout on my Lund 1825 Pro-Guide. Its out of sight out of mine. Unsnap the cover and its there. Anyone else mounted there's like this also?
Wondering how long the snaps will hold up? Thinking about changing the snaps out for the twist type? Anyone know a good place to find the small twist type that comes on the lund Boat cover? This way I only have one type and size to keep on hand for replacements?
That or something that will let me cover this unit? Was thinking of building a stand with full drawer slides that lock when pushed back in. Then a cover like the console has on the back? Flip it up and slide it back in?
I for one like that with the cover on. People can't see the unit, its out of the way.
