k guys im on a river system with alot of huge back bay flats.....air is avg around 50 degress and the water is cooling...where are all the eyes? thanks?

What is the current like? Water temp? Throw a jig and minnow into the moving water and let it go. If eyes are around, they'll grab it. I've had better luck where the water is moving. What kind of forage is available? Go out in the shallows at nite with a light and see whats out there. The eyes should be on the prowl soon if not already.

Begin loking where you find 'em in the spring ... That is unless the frogs are migrating... then you are in the right place for some night time fun.

well the water is low 60's high 50's lcatch them in the shallow bays in spring ...do they migrate back?
