I just had my first boat insurance claim ever and I wanted to let everybody know about my experience with Bob at Worldwide Marine.
I hit a submerged stump and damaged my lower unit and did some gel coat damage to the hull. I called Worldwide Marine to report the claim and was treated very kindly by his concerned staff. With in and hour I had received a call from Bob about the claim. After going over the details he told me to take my rig to the repair shop of my choice and that an adjuster would call me soon.
Soon wasn’t the word. I received a call from the adjuster later that day to go over the details on the claim. I hadn’t even taken the boat to my dealer yet.
The day after I dropped my rig off I received a call from the adjuster telling me that the repairs had authorized and were under way. He had even left a check for the repairs at the dealer. I couldn’t believe there wasn’t any hassle involved. The service I received from the insurance adjuster was Top Koch.
In the weeks it took for the repairs to be finished I received numerous call from Bob just checking to see how everything was going. At one point he even called the repair shop to help speed thing up. I can’t tell you how impressed I was with the level of service I received from him. I only wish I receive this type of service from my home town guy when I have had claims in the past:rock-on:.
I just want to say thanks to Bob for the great service. You all owe it to your self to get a quote on your rig I’m sure Bob can save you some money and need I say more about his level of service. I’m sure glad I did
