Wondering about access in these areas. Went out of Huron last year-seemed like no man's land. Also, are there any reports about Sandusky or Kelley's? Thanks and sorry if I missed previous posts about this.

High winds and some 4 to 6 footers made fishing the Sandusky/Kelley's area rough
the past few days. West of the islands the water was muddy and almost impossible to get things going. Those that made it out Monday & Tuesday found the walleye scattered. Keep an eye on the MWC Championship at Liveleaderboard.com, they're out in Lake Erie now thru Saturday and will have the most current info!

Fishing should get better - as the large pods of 'eyes are moving West

Huron currently has two options for launching. one is Walski's by the bridge. not the best ramp and a gravel parking/launching area that is a mess in the rail. the other option for huron is Holiday Harbor Marina, right of Rt. 13. nice ramp. Then new public ramp is not open yet.....some say by end of month but I'm not holding my breath.

Vermilion has the public launch just south of the bridge that goes over the river.

As far as reports from Sandusky or Kelley's, I can't really say as this weather has most of us landlocked. There are definetly fish off Huron though.

I won't get exact locations or presentations until tomorrow. Right now they are only saying that they are running spinners a long distance away from Monroe, MI. Probably not to far from the Huron/Vermillion area.

Tomorrow is the last day of the Championship, and that's when they talk. :)
