Take Trans Canada 17 over to Ignace then 599 north towards Savnt Lake there is a rappid from Sturgeon Lake to a chain of bays cross that and one short portage to Dizzy Lake. You con't go wrong on this one as I fished it even before thay had a good road. There is a resort there that used to be Bill's Riverside but dont know the name now. I have three trophys that were taken from Dizzy.
