Ice House recommendation - Mille Lacs

I'm looking for some feedback and recommendation of anyone that has rented an ice house on Mille Lacs and the best time to go for eyes.

Eddy's Resort has always been kind to us. We usually try and go around the holidays. You may want to call and ask them what they suggest the best time to catch walleyes...

Appledoorns Resort --- I've never used them for ice fishing but I've stayed there a couple times in open water. Really nice resort and I know they have some outstanding fish houses too.
