I Pilot

When I bought my rig this fall I did some homework given the info I read regarding Minn Kota's release of the I Pilot. Instead of buying a Terrova with AP on it I put a vanilla Terrova because I talked to Minn Kota and they said I would have to remove the Auto Pilot to install the I Pilot.

Now the big question for me is whether Minn Kota has announced the release date for the I Pilot.

I have not seen an official release date, but we have some iPilots on order and the last update we have is that they should be available in November.

I am also waiting - just upgraded my trolling motor to the Terrova w/o the AutoPilot as I plan to add the I-Pilot as soon as it's released. I stopped by Cabella's today and they had not heard anything as to when it will be available.
