Anyone have one of these? http://www.premiumpowersports.com/Attwood-Rein-Anchor-Lift-p-357.html I remember a fella years ago having one and looked like it worked really good... but I think I'd need more line. I have a heavier glass boat and often anchor in 25-30 fow... 36" would not be enough pitch. Any way of getting a bigger spool? With it already having 1/4 line, I'm not sure I could re-spool with anything smaller in diameter. I would like to find so way to keep my anchor line from getting knotted up sometimes. Any thoughts?
Sorry if this is in the wrong spot... I didn't know where to ask it.

The Anchor Rein is a great device, you can also use it to tie up to a dock, tree or something to hold boat in place. I agree it does not have alot of rope, I think 40ft or something like that.
For larger and longer anchor rope I use a product I purchased in the electrical department of a home repair store to wind up extension cords on. It is very inexpensive and does a great job of keeping my anchor rope from getting all tangled up.

Thanks guy... At one point I was using a large piece of pvc pipe to wrap my line around. But now that I have more, I feel like I gotta get something different. I may try that extension cord thing, after all. Thanks ! I do have an email into Attwood hoping they have some idea of what I could do to make their product work for me....

I bought an older Glastron many many years ago that had one of these on each corner of the boat. I originally thought about taking them off but they proved to be very handy to have on the boat. I never did really use them for an anchor though as the boat also had an electric anchor lift on it. I just used them to tie off to docks, trees, etc.

The only time I've ever seen one on a boat in person was on an old gray and silver glastron bass boat... funny.
