Anyone have recommendations about lending institutions and their rates in the Twin Cities area for boat financing?

Thanks,

Teacher Federal Credit Union has great rates if you have any relatives that teach, you may too be eligible to become a member. Their website is tfcumn.org

Not sure if you own a home or for how long but
a second mortgage can be a good way to go.

If you are buying new some of the top brand names are offering incentives. If you have a bank credit line they are offering good rates right now. My credit line is 4.9%. However, bank lines are adjustable and will go up if the Fed rate increases, which it eventually will. If you are looking for short term (under three years) the credit line would be a good way to go. Beyond that you are rolling the dice.

Best consumer fixed rates now are home equity and the intrest is tax deductable.
