Bait Rigs is a great company

After takin your words of advice and letting Bait Rigs know about the defective Odd' Ball jigs i purchased last season i was suprised to get an email back from Joe Puccio about getting me jigs to replace the defective ones.

Now i never expected this, but to me this says one thing about Bait Rigs as a company, that they stand firmly behind their products and definatly go out of their way to satisfy their customers.

I definatly will be buyin jigs from this company from now on!

JOE AND Tony are two stand up guys,I fished as amature at fort peck with Tony and he got me started using there product line and had a great day on the water learned a lot about pulling cranks.

In your original post i told you that you should talk to Joe or Tony. See, they took good care of you. They stand behind their products, even though it was a problem with the hook mfr. They recieved a shipment of bad hooks and replaced your jigs anyway when they could have said it was not their problem. Bravo bait Rigs, superior products and superior customer service.
