minn kota remote

I have a min kota with the remote control, it was working fine and this time out it will not turn the motor on unless I hold the button. ITs like it is in momentary mode or something. I use to push the button once and the motor stayed on and hit the button again to turn it off. Can the copilot be programed for momentary or constant on ?
any ideas ?

does anyone have the codes for different functions on the copilot ?

I can only tell you about the original Co-Pilot for the Powerdrive motors. The later models may differ.

There are 3 audio modes, which differ in when the beep sounds. You can cycle through the audio modes by holding down the INCREASE and DECREASE buttons at the same time. 1 beep means you are now in Mode 1, 2 beeps-Mode 2, etc. As far as I know, there is no momentary mode that you can select with the remote. My remote behaves like yours does some days- I expect the battery needs replacing- you can only expect 1 or 2 seasons out of them and I'm going on 4...

I changed the battery in mine and now it seems ok, lets hope it is the battery that caused the problem. I'll let you know the next time I get out
