I'm looking at getting one of the Cabela's Quick Stow Rod Rack's. But need to know the one that will fit the base's in my 2008 Lund 1825 Pro Guide?
Thinking it's the 2.375: one. But making sure before ordering one.
Thanks in advance.

My buddy has a 07 Lund Tyee Gran Sport and it has the Swivil-Eze 238 (2.375 O.D.) series seat pedestals and bases so I suspect you have the same. I have the Springfield 238 (same diameter as yours) series plug in bases in my boat and the rod holder you're talking about fits in the base perfectly. The only thing I didn't like was the rod holder pedestal was just a straight piece of tubing and the holder would rotate freely in the base. I cut a notch in it to match the base and now it does not rotate. I would suspect the holder would fit fine in your bases but since Swivil-Eze pedestals use a button/latch and the holder does not have this it might rotate in the base. Call Cabela's product specialist people and they should be able to tell you.

If it looks like this its a 2.375 base, i've got the same style quickstow in my boat and it fits really snug due to the powdercoated paint so I had to sand it down a bit so it would fit just enough that it wouldn't twist around on its own.

Thanks guys yes that's the one mine has in the picture. Funny they only use a Sq Tubing rather then a round tube. But Sure as tight as mine are I will have to work on it to get it come out easy. LOL
Again thanks.

The part of the rod holder that fits into your base is round. Guess the Swivil-Eze base is tighter than Springfield,,,mine fits in the base easily. Also, be aware you'll have to assemble the holder which, on mine, was a little difficult to get the screws lined up thru the plastic tubes into the holder frame.

If your getting the cabelas quick stow rod racks there is no assembly, it's all put together.

That's good to know. For the price they should come assembled. Bought mine in 2005 and had to mount the holders to the T bar.
