I have been looking around for a Crestliner boat. Made a few calls and have now found out that my local dealer in Minot won't be a dealer anymore, they also own a store in Bismarck and won't be handeling them there anymore also. Why???????

Genmar may be changing their dealer agreements, maybe especially with smaller dealers. There is a nice 202TS listed in the classifieds under Minnesota, delivery possible.

Try Doug's Anchor Marine in Watertown, SD. Maybe a bit of a trip but they are a very respectable dealership.

Another possibility from there is Mon-Dak Marine in Glasgow, MT. Not far over the border from Williston... Talk to the owner, Alton Smith, he will treat you right.

The reason they will not handle crestliner anymore is most likely the same reason ranger, yarcraft and sylvan will no longer deal with them. The OWNER

I agree with Fishhunter. Try Jeff's sport shop in Martin, ND. Last time I had them price a boat the beat Minot's price by quite a bit. They are nice to deal with.

I have heard from many reliable sources that the deal on the Crestliners is that they pulled the plug on them. They want to have more market share in the area, and they are not getting it with Lund sitting next to them......Just wanted to try to clear the air.
