Just wanted to thank my Walleye Central buddy, ezmarc, for a great day on the water. I'll never forget his first fish taken on a handline. You see, this was something I had never seen before with a walleye bite and handlines...he caught two 17" males on one treble hook on the back of the bait he was running....the first two in the box for the day! A great way to start the day I might add too! ;-)

Anyway, I had a fun day, and I hope that you did too Marc. Thanks again, and I hope to fish with you and your gal sometime on Erie in the future. I could learn a thing or two from you.

See you on the water tomorrow! Good luck!

Good job Juls and Marc! 5 fish in the box under tough conditions. Keep hammering at them and you'll get your Big ones. Looks like the warmer weather is coming just a week too late to help you out this weekend. Good Luck tomorrow.

Juls, It was cold out, windy out and I just thought we could quit after 5 fish, so I was just trying to hurry it up some with that double! I had a great time and got everthing out of this event that I had hoped for.

I really appreciate being shown how to handline but what I appreciate more than being shown how to do it, is when you went out of your way and showed me a couple things not to do(so realistically I might add). lol Sorry about the lost gear.

Good luck today!

Corey: You're right, we're going to have to do something about Ole Raybob!

Hey Juls, looks like you recently got to use the old technique. Glad you guys (& gals) were successful at it.

You need to submit a recent article on the WC website on your recent adventures.

Hope to hear from you soon. lol
