Got My Hat!

Ahh! The peace and serenity of being out on the lake with nothing to interupt the quiet but the low, steady putt-putt of the motor. But then I also have my sixteen year-old son and twelve year-old daughter along with me. Now those of you who also have children in this age group know how well they can get along together. Or how one or both of them can turn into a chatter-box of epic proportions. It's enough to make me want to yell at the top of my voice, "SHUT UP AND FISH!"

Now I don't have to. I only have to get their attention and point at my new Walleye Central hat and the peace and the serenity will return. For a minute or two at least.
