I have an 18 foot lund outboard. Never had an issue getting in or even a problem with the motor. But many guys in my marina and other marinas are getting towed in. They say it is pretty expensive and many have some sort of towing insurance. I would difinitly consider getting some and need pointed in the right direction.

Most of the companies we use have towing and emergency coverage. We offer it on land as well as the water. Please give me a call and we can go over your options. Thanks Bob Luellen 800-339-1235

It is not going to help when you are on a highway stranded. It is an awesome motor though.
