By the way, at the weigh-in on Thursday both Mark Dorn and Sonny Reynolds said there were a few openings left for co-anglers at the Lake Sharp SD tourney in early May and the Lake Winnebago tourney in Late May. I am thinking about trying out the Winnebago tourney. Is it very good at that time of the year?

Winnebago will be excellent during the tournament time. This is my backyard, and have signed up as a coangler for the ride, plus a chance to fish with new partners. There is a great population of 18 to 22 inch in the system with older fish over 23". The tournament is open to the whole system, so you can fish lakes or rivers. You can fish slipbobbers/jigs/cast cranks or troll. This is going to be a great time, and hope you decide to join us that have already signed up.

Jim is right, as that will be some of the best fishing of the year. and as Jim said there is a good mix in year classes in the system. It should be a good time.
Good Luck
