Amazon.com has them for 999.99USD w/ free shipping (probably stateside). With the exchange running around .95/.96 - you're talking just over 1000k CAD for one of those... They list them as new (not reconditioned). At least it's cheaper than 1500k CAD. Of course you can buy them from Cabelas, Bass Pro, etc. for about $100USD more. Not sure about Cabelas Canada pricing.

I have done very Well with Reeds Sporting Goods in Walker MN. They sell and ship all over the place. I have purchased all my electronics from them for many years and they have always been the best price and best service. Very good to deal with and I am sure they would ship to Canada.
