LCX15-mt sensitivity wraps from 100%25 to 0%25

In manual mode, adjusting sensitivity manual, sensitivity goes past 100% and goes to 0% (intermitantly), real pain because you cannot go back you must step all the way back up to increase sensitivity. Lowarnce tech claims of no known problem? Looks like bug to me, my X-85 never did this,,,anybody else seen this?

What's happening is that you are unknowingly pushing the button to the right or the left,or at an angle.It's happen to me too.:)
