I am heading up this weekend to Sturgeon Bay and wondering if anybody has ice fished for walleye's during the past couple of weeks and if you could give me a general direction on where to start finding them? Any advice appreciated.

There is a fishing show on weekends, John Gillespie's Waters and Woods. They just did a show up there with Dale Strochein at the Sand Bay Beach and Resort. They were catching walleyes very early morning and late afternoon and whitefish during the day. There might be a recap on John's website or else you might want to stay at Dale's resort. He will give you info as to what's going on.
