Will this work on my 80lb Terrova? How does the co-pilot unit hook up to trolling motor? Am interested.

Yes, I still have it and I think it is compatible with the 80... I'll ask that question on the motor section of this site.
The co-pilot is easy to install: remove the black cover on mounting base of the unit and there is a protective plastic piece you take out of that (3 screws) 1 screw installs the co-pilot and plug the power cord into the hole you take a rubber plug out of on the side of the unit. replace these items to the unit, program your remote(s). I have 2 remotes with this unit. and you are done. I have all the mounting instructions...Very easy to install

I just read the box it came in and it says: "For Terrova motors with a round black foot pedal cord". They are talking about the plug on your footpedal. If it is round then it is compatible.
