Need some feedback on the Pro-pointer b.b.'s. Just checked their website and the promo is convincing but would like some actual use comments.

Got several sizes in the box but haven't used them as yet. Crawler bite is just turning on and will get them out within the next week and let ya know.
If you are anywhere near Baudette MN this week look up the inventor Doug Hermanson at the PWT tourney on lake of the woods. Heard there will be a spinner bite up there possibly and he will be using them exclusively I'll bet.

I hate using bottom bouncers, they tangle everything in the boat and are a pain to tie on. I changed my mind when I tried the new ones Doug invented. They are fantastic. Easy to use and easy to store. Thanks Doug, great product. We use them all the time.

It's difficult to tell from the pictures on their web site but it looks to me like the bouncer weight clips to the line with a rubber covered alligator clip.

If the weight gets wedged in some rocks is it kiss the weight good-bye with no chance of retrieval?

I like the idea of a really quick attachment/adjustment device.
