Just got unpacked from the Detroit River RCL and felt compelled to thank Sonny, Mark and the rest of the RCL staff for pulling off a great event. The RCL has established a great deal of momentum that is sure to benifit the walleye fishing industry in general, not just tournament anglers. Great job guys, see you at Sharp.

Like Rick, I also whould like to thank Sonny and The rest of the crew for running such a class tournament. It was run as smooth as silk and with no hitch's that I saw. Keep up the "Great Job" and I also will see you at Lake Sharpe.
Also I'D like to thank Mike and John, along with all the rest of the DWF guys, for the excellent job they all did. A tournament of this size could not have been possible if not for all of you. The wonderfull job you all did to make the releasing of all the walleye's back into the system, show's the commitment all the DWF members have for the river. Thank you all and hope to fish with you all again soon.

I'll second everything the 'Ricks' have said. This was an exceptionally well run event. I would also add that all of the local folks I met were great.

Keep up the good work guys.

I agree completely! This was my FIRST RCL and I was very pleased with the whole show. Anyone remotely interested in the RCL should make plans to fish in the future. And congratulations to you, RICK COLE, you put up a great challenge and took home a good piece of the pie for your work. See you in Pierre!!

I agree. The RCL is making its mark in the Walleye world. The whole crew bends over backwards to help the anglers.
Hats off to all the support staff from the boat and motor sponsors as well. It wasn't too long ago that only Mercury was at these sites. Thank all of you guys and gals for helping us keep focused on fishing by keeping our outfits running.

The Detroit RCL event was my first experience with this circuit. I especially was impressed with, and very grateful, for the attitude the RCL staff has in regard to the anglers. The anglers work hard to make an event of this level happen, and the positive attitude conveyed by everyone at RCL toward the anglers is very appreciated.
Thank you Sonny, Sharon and all the RCL team. Great to see Jackie Dorn part of the team as well. (oh sure...Mark too! lol)
Chins up!! Point'em west....

What can I add? Everyone has said it all in the previous posts! I just want to say that I am also appreciative of all the great people involved with the RCL. They really make the experience an enjoyable one! Keep up the good work Sonny and Sharon. Your, and your team's, hard work and long hours do not go un-noticed!!

Welcome aboard Mark and Jackie!

A special thanks to the DWF for their care and diligence in returning as many walleye back to the river as possible. GREAT job everyone!

See you all again at Sharpe!

i have to agree, with the hard work of the RCL staff, wal-mart, the down river walleye federation, prop and sail, and all the sponsors. it's proof of what a great curcuit the RCl is.

As those above have said, what a show!

Thanks to Sonny, Sharon, Cary (Tank Master)Lodl, and the whole crew!
It is truley nice to see all those smiling faces even though the weather was less than ideal and those Staff people were in that weather most of the day! Hats off to you folks (keep the wool ones on!)

One thing I really do like friendliness and sportsmanship of all the anglers from top to bottom. I think this circuit really has created something special for the pros, the co-anglers, and the sponsors. Long live the RCL!

I also would like to thank the RCL staff and everyone else involved with supporting this event. This group of people ran a very professional tournament and maintained a very friendly and fun envirnoment for all.

I fished the tournament from the co-angler side and would like to give a hats off to all the Pro's. These guys are all first class sportsman.

Congratulations to Jeff Russell for your first RCL win! Congratulation Danny P. for an extremely close 2nd place finish!

My hats off to all the fisherman and the RCL crew. A first class job once again.

Still trying to find a way to fit Lake Sharpe into my schedule, but the world needs electricity too.

Hope to see everyone at Lake Winnebago.

Paul: Thank you for the congat's. I certainly appreciate the opportunity to compete on a world class fishery against a world class field of pro's and co's. I feel very fortunate to have finished 4th. Hard work does pay off. See ya at Sharp!

Hey Rick... CONGRADS! Boss Hogg just stopped by my place and told me your outcome. It's about time you did well. Hey, does this mean you'll charge me to pre-fish Saginaw Bay with you this summer?
