Terrova/iPilot

i've heard some good talk about the new Terrova/iPilot combo. can someone please give me the quick and dirty about what this combo is capable of and how it can help my fishing? is it just a remote control? is it easy to install/use?

also - can someone give me a ballpark on how much a system like this with 101lb thrust would set me back?
