I just returned from a day of fishing at Mille Lacs lake and used "green nightcrawlers". I have never seen these before. Are they new? They worked pretty good but are very strange. They bleed a bright neon blood that looks like it would glow in the dark. Are they dipped in something or is it some kind of genetic mutation? I am just curious of how they came up with them. By the way, the best bite we had was in 12-14 feet of water.

It's what they feed the crawlers...don't know specifically what it is called, but it works!

I haven't bothered to try them. I haven't heard that they work any better than a regular crawler. In fact, what I do hear is, is that they DON"T work any better. I can't see spending the extra money on them, if they don't out produce the regulars.
Just my opinion though.
