Because of it's limpness, I would have to cast my vote for Spiderwire.

I personally prefer braided superlines on baitcasters. I have both Spiderwire and Power Pro. Both are great.

Better to have and not need than to need and not have!

I use Whiplash and have been very impressed. Good strength vs diameter. Not cheap for the pocketbook though.

Most all of the sup[erlines are better on a baitcaster than a spinning reel. I think that's what they were designed for anyway. I know a lot of people that used them on spinning reels went back to mono. But they were using them for casting, not jigging and rigging.

See ya on the water.

I use Fireline and never had any problems with it. My partner tried Fusion and we both thought it broke too easily and at odd places in the line. (not near the knots) Fish broke him off, not snags and we don't fish in a snaggy area to abuse the line.

Have had great luck with Whiplash. Very little -if any - memory and casts very well. Managed the cost issue by backing reel with mono or same diamater ...50lb whiplash = 10lb mono. I used about 1/3 to 1/2 of mono and the rest Whiplash. Watch how you handle Whiplash - can really cut you also need to use a Palomar knot.

Tight lines!
